To use AMICO One, you must:

Have the legal authority to bind the organization you represent.
Ensure your organization completes the registration process and subscribes to a valid plan.
Provide accurate and current information at all times.
When registering:
You must provide accurate and complete details.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access or security breach.
Billing: Services are billed monthly, based on the selected subscription plan.
Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards and other listed payment methods.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to renewal.
Cancellations: You may cancel anytime; service continues until the current billing cycle ends.
Refunds: Payments are non-refundable unless required by law or stated in our refund policy.
You agree not to:
Use our platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
Harass, abuse, or harm individuals or organizations.
Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.

Maintenance or emergency downtime may occur; we will notify you where possible.
We may modify or discontinue features with or without notice to improve our platform or meet legal obligations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India, any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or courts located in Nagercoil Jurisdiction.
